Here are my notes from the DESMA 9
Final Review session that was conducted last week on 24 May 2017.
At the beginning of the review
session Professor Vesna talked about the upcoming deadlines and important
dates.
June 9: Quiz 9am-9pm (same format as the last quiz)
7 minutes
is the time because we are unable to google the answers in the allotted time.
June 9: Blog Summary due
Not graded,
but has to be done.
Allowed to
add new material to blogs to make them look better
Beginning
of the collaboration, write a 300-500 word summary
Post all
blogs first and then add events
June 11: Final essay due
1500-2000
words double spaced

One of the TA’s went over the
specific format and right way to present an argument and back it up with
citations and facts. By implementing this we will be able to wright a good if
not great paper.
Next
important step to doing well in the class and completing the final work is to
create a well thought out schedule.
Quiz: take quiz june 9th at 9am to make sure I complete
this and then I will be able to move on
June 5-9: work on compiling all blogs into blog summary and
included 300-500 word summary of the blogs and events and course. Then turn
blog into PDF and submit
Final essay: pick topic by Monday, June 4, 2017.
Gather resources
from external sources and class website sources.
Create introduction
paragraph that will include main argument and thesis and overall focus of the
paper.
Complete the paper by the night of June 9 so I can dedicate June
10 and 11 is needed for revision and fixing minor errors
